No. This is a chance for you to trial our membership services at membership prices. It's up to you if you sign up when you come in.

If I Become a Member...

How often will the money come out of my account?
Your payments can come out weekly or fortnightly, depending on your preferred option.
Can I have services other than what is in my membership?
Yes and as a member you will get 20% off all services you receive that are not in your membership
What happens if I go on an overseas holiday for 3 months? 
Your membership can be paused for the time you are away 
What happens if I cant make it to my appointment due to being sick? 
All you have to do is call us to let us know that you will not be attending and we will rebook your appointment.
By letting us know we can we can offer your spot to another client.
What happens if I forget my appointment? 
You will be sent a confirmation text a few days before your appointment to remind you, if you don't arrive at your appointment you will forego this appointment 
Can I cancel my membership? 
Yes, we ask you to give us 3 weeks notice
How do I make my appointments?
One of our team will make your appointments for you for 12 months. These dates will be sent to you via text and you can check that these dates suit you and let us know if any need to be changed.  We will then change them in the appointment book for you.
